Connected Care Ministry

The purpose of the Connected Care ministry is to, in a non-professional setting, help individuals within our church body to face difficult challenges in their life and strive for maturity in Jesus Christ. This is done by providing practical, applicable, and life-transforming truths from God’s Word.
The goal is to pair you with a counselor or lay counselor who has worked through similar life struggles, biblically. The counselors are able to bless others because someone has blessed them at a difficult point in their lives.
The duration and number of meetings are initially up to 4 weeks.
Everything shared within the meetings is strictly confidential to the Connected Care Ministry Counselor, with the legally mandated exception of danger to self or others.
If for some reason you have to cancel your meeting, please notify your counselor at least 24 hours ahead of time. Each member of the team is volunteering their time and services, and this will help respect their time, along with yours.

How do I begin?
Fill out and submit the initial confidential questionnaire below.
The information you provide will be reviewed by our Director of Care Ministries, Caremen Cupples, and she will either meet with you or connect you with a Connected ministry, contracted or lay counselor. If your need is out of the scope of our counselor’s giftings, a referral will be given.
You will be contacted within a week of submitting your questionnaire to discuss the next steps.
